Ready for sea trial The fish meal plant delivered by AMOF-Fjell in the stern trawler “Barentsevo More” is ready for its sea trial. The plant has a capacity of 60 tons/day of fish cut-off, that otherwise would have gone overboard. The plant is a CFP60, Compact Fishmeal Plant that produces high quality fish oil and fish meal.

Plant startup at Independent Seafood Canada Corparation (ISCC) AMOF-Fjell to produce fishmeal at first day of commissioning. AMOF-Fjell delivered a compact fishmeal plant to the trawler F/T Sunderoey in 2020, to Independent Seafood Canada Corparation (ISCC). The trawler was from Prestfjord AS in Sortland, Norway. Plant has the capacity of handling 48 tons of raw material per 24 hours and is designed and delivered by AMOF-Fjell Process Technology AS. The plant will produce high quality marine proteins and fish oil from fish waste and cut-offs.  The contract for the fishmeal plant was placed in May and the completion of delivery

AMOF Fjell Process Technology AS are very proud to have delivered the Compact Fishmeal Plant (CFP) to Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet’s Barentsevo More. The stern trawler “Barentsevo More” of Arkhangelsk, Russian Federation receives “Best Factory-ship 2020” title awarded by Baird Maritime – Work Boat World. It is the first in a series of total four identical vessels to be delivered for the Russian Owners North West Fishing Consortium – Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet, by the Russian builder Vyborg Shipyard.    Video from Vyborg ShipYard News

Amof-Fjell Process Technology AS new contract for a compact fishmeal plant with the Faroe Island company Havborg Amof Fjell Process Technology is proud to announce that we have won a contract for delivery of a compact fishmeal plant (CFP) to the Faroe Island company Havborg’s new freezer trawler. The CFP has a capacity of handling 70 tons of raw material per 24 hours and is designed and delivered by AMOF Fjell Process Technology AS. ISCC has recently purchased the trawler from Prestfjord AS in Sortland, Norway.
