Завод расположен рядом с фабрикой Hitramat (самая большая фабрика в Европе по переработке краба). Сырье перерабатывается непосредственно после обработки на Hitramat (суперсвежее), в результате чего получается высококачественный продукт.
Завод, поставленный компанией AMOF-Fjell, перерабатывает панцирь и белки краба путем сушки, измельчения и упаковки в биг-бэги. На видео показаны высушенные крабовые панцири на разгрузочном конвейере сушилки, которые поступают на измельчительную установку (мельницу) для дальнейшей переработки.
