Project Overview
AMOF Fjell Process Technology AS is proud to have delivered a complete turn-key evaporation plant to Norsk Spesialolje AS – our second installation for this forward-thinking client.
The plant is designed to concentrate industrial wastewater by removing water and thereby reducing the total waste volume by a ratio of 12:1. This significantly reduces disposal costs and environmental impact.
Technology and Sustainability
The new system utilizes Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) in combination with an integrated heat recovery system. This combination ensures extremely low energy consumption, making the process highly energy-efficient and sustainable.

Continued Partnership
This is the second evaporation system we have delivered to Norsk Spesialolje. The first plant, commissioned in 2013, operates entirely on surplus heat from the neighboring company Ineos – a perfect example of industrial collaboration and circular resource utilization.
The new system builds on this strong foundation by introducing advanced MVR technology to further enhance energy efficiency and operational flexibility.
From Concept to Completion
Seeing this system evolve from simulation models to fully manufactured components has been a rewarding journey for our engineering team.
