Our 16th. Compact Fishmeal Plant CFP-60 is delivered. AMOF-Fjell Process Technology has a long history of designing, manufacturing, installing, and commissioning Compact Fishmeal Plant for on-board fishing vessels. Our 16th. Compact Fishmeal Plant CFP-60 is now tested and delivered to customer. The plant has a capacity of 60tons pr. day of residual raw material (head, trimmings,and gut), and will produce high quality marine proteins and fish oil. Replacement dryer rotor Replacement dryer rotor for a compact fishmeal plant delivered in 2002. Delivery: February 2022 Land: New Zealand AMOF-Fjell delivers spare parts for all of our dryers, cookers and presses. This rotor has been running since 2002, and needed replacement. Our disc design on all of our dryers are made in a way that greatly reduces number of welds. We do not have welds on the discs, only on the perimeter of the outer circle of the disc. The discs are hold together with special clamps that is welded inside before mounting. This gives the rotor less weak points.

The factory is located beside the factory of Hitramat (Europes biggest crab processing plant). Raw material is processed directly after Hitramat’s process (super fresh) and results in a high-quality product. The plant delivered by AMOF-Fjell processes crab shell and proteins by drying, milling and packing in big bag.
